We see this from time to time with packages shipped internationally. Unfortunately, we have no control over International packages once they enter another country. We also have no way to contact a local postal office in another country. We only have access to the same online tracking information which is sent to each customer.
If the carrier says that it has been "delivered", and you haven’t received it, this usually means that it was delivered to the local postal depot and is awaiting customs clearance. The solution to this is usually to contact or visit your local postal office or depot and they can assist you with locating or retrieving your package.
