Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over a package once it leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Most carriers are very helpful in tracking a package down for a recipient. They do not offer this same level of service to us as the shipper. If your package shows that it’s been delivered based on the tracking information, please contact your local postmaster or UPS location, depending on which carrier your package was shipped through, and they should be able to assist you with locating the package or filing a claim.
We encourage our customers to use the most secure methods when having packages delivered. For example a shipping locker or post office box, or making sure someone is home to receive the package.
